Abstract > 2025 CityScapes

In CityScapes, a skyline becomes a laboratory for rotation. Some compositions resolve in two directions, others in three, and a few achieve full four-way orientation. This series documents a growing dialogue between symmetry and surprise, constraint and discovery.

Each drawing was executed independently, yet the works are intended to function collectively. Individually, they invite rotation and reconsideration; together, they create a playful field of shifting skylines that can be rearranged, rotated, and reimagined in multiple ways.
